Before Rover it was Austin and 1989 was the last year before this change. Drawn in a rather fetching purple, I wanted to show a side/back shot of this classic. The Thirty was traditionally for sale in Cherry Red or Black so this clearly isn’t true to it’s originality.
0 to 60mph in a very slow 17.9 seconds it wasn’t the quickest of cars, none the less, it was still a beauty.
This illustration was one of my early ones and only took 5 hours to complete with detailing.
