Sent white-label from my printers “Express” to aim to deliver in under 3 working days via Royal Mail. 24hours Recorded Delivery once printed.
T-shirts please allow at least 5 working days as I order direct to garment. Items are not stocked.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to BREXIT I have my printers send to me and I send manually at the Post Office 1st Class Recorded and have to complete paperwork. I aim to post out with the same turn around as above, but I cannot guarantee how long it takes to arrive unfortunately.
30 DAYS TO RETURN
In the unfortunate event that you need to return any item, please reach out to me first at matt@drawnbymatt.co.uk so I can instruct on next steps. Send back recorded and once I have received the item, so long as it is as described in the contact regarding the return, I will complete a full refund via PayPal. 30 days are from the date item is marked as delivered.
